Young POC Writers Discord Server

At YEW, our top priority is uplifting our young creatives. However, we recognize the lack of inclusive, supportive spaces for marginalized writers. So our team has launched the Young POC Writers—a Discord server for youth POC writers to connect with one another, ask each other questions, share resources, recommend POC books and authors, and even submit their work for feedback! Sign up for our server to join a family-like community complete with virtual open mics, exciting discourse, and unforgettable friendships.

While we encourage supportive POC allies, we ask that only individuals belonging to POC communities join this server. This is not to privilege certain individuals over others, but instead to create exclusive spaces and representation for young POC writers.

We also ask that you are between the ages of 14 and 26. This is to ensure the server aligns with YEW's mission to serve youth writing communities.
